![]() | Dianne RobertsEnvironmental Consultant Dianne Roberts is the Director of Roberts Consulting - an environmental management, research and development firm. Mrs. Roberts has partnered with a number of donor agencies including the UNDP, FAO, and the OAS in developing and implementing projects that supported sustainable development. She recently completed a Technical Cooperation Programme for the agriculture sector in Belize in response to Hurricane Dean, and is currently developing an electronic waste policy for the Government of Grenada. Mrs. Roberts has also provided technical support to private sector companies to ensure that proposed developments are implemented in an ecologically friendly and socially responsible manner. She is actively involved in the fields of HIV/AIDS and drug control, and has conducted a number of research initiatives geared to understand HIV/AIDS related stigma and discrimination, and drug use among young people. In 2007, she coordinated the National HIV/AIDS Assessment - Law, Ethics and Human Rights Project. Mrs. Roberts has a Masters in Environment and Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Andrews University U.S.A.
